    @heloveu You may have not received confirmation but i see your order has been processed (you can check it in your billing history) so everything is ok.

    @panxiansheng some fields are filled with non readable characters :( may i ask you to change customer details to occidental alphabet and send a copy of your ID to [email protected] or [email protected] please ?

    But the Chinese government issued identification for Chinese,only have Chinese and English passport, but the majority of Chinese people do not have a passport, unless there is reason to go abroad.
    Also the phone I fill is true, but I can not understand English and French, what should I do? Thank you!

  • @Ikoula Do you allowed torrent (seedbox) ? It's show the server active,but when I click on it , Error during the recovery of the data IP x.x.x.x inexistante ou inactive. The server id is 83258. What's the problem?

  • my server 83232 already show as "active", but I still can't ping the ip, and still have not received server delivery mail :(

    I just want how to re-install the OS to any other linux distribution free of charge? what does Netboot mean? is that rescue mode?

  • Hi, will the support pages be back online soon (i.e. the FAQ's and tutorials mentioned in the delivery e-mail)?

    Today was probably not the best of days to be doing website maintennace as you'll have a LOT of new customers with technical questions to answer, for example how do we add IPV6?

    This is what I was afraid of. I wanted Ubuntu but I don't want to toss another $20 at this.

    I also just got my server delivered to find out it cost 19 euros to get a different OS!! @Ikoula what's up with this? You don't give any options to change the OS when ordering the server and then you want to charge almost 4 months worth of service to change it?! And the options are Centos 5 (current version is 7) or Fedora 13 (current version is 21!!!)

    yep, I also want to know how to add IPv6, but I don't find anywhere configurable related. maybe need another €19 for them to manually add...?

    so i got debian 7.8 on my server (happy with that) but changing OS seems to be "meh" ,besides that, the OSchangepage seems very outdated with OS's from some years ago...

    it seems like people (including myself) expected a bit more streamlined configuration panel then there is at this time...

  • @yywudi yes netboot is alike rescue mode. You can use this mode to re-install os.
    The prices mentionned in your screenshot are due to licence cost (os mentionned there are wether linux+plesk or windows).

    I think the "reset" button will reinstall the OS with the current one(debian 7.8). and this reset is free

    The suggestion is that you can re-install the currently selected OS from the 'netboot' option in the cotrol panel without having to pay. I want to do that to see if we have the option to partition the disk, or if it's just a stock image restore, but will wait for the support pages to return.

    If you do successfully restore, please feed back your experience of the process.

  • @cassa yep of course you have the reset tool to reset the os it is free and automated. It's in "technical management".
