@Churchill i answered your pm + i explained yesterday you can change os by reinstall the server.
But i will be honest the plan does not allow you to change os so from customer ui, in fine you have to ask for a kvm+iso (charged).
What you can try is to open a ticket to support team they may have a solution i am not aware of.
