Since when is stating observable facts a problem? Note that I also clearly stated when my UK VPS went down.
Uhm, not so sure about that, there seem to be at least some USA locations that are down. It might be useful to specify locations more detailed like e.g. 'NYC down'.

As I've said before, I don't know what is up or down, I've only had two providers reach out to me and give me warning, for which I've come here and told everyone to make sure backups were saved. Apart from that, I know as much as you I'm afraid.
