Bank transfers aren't instant. It can take days before Netcup receives the money and registers the payment in their system.
I transferred money via Wise, it shows the money had been credited.
Its Easter holiday in EU give them a day or two
Looks like latest flash sale is discounted IPv4’s on a 12 month term - https://www.netcup.com/en/extensions/extra-ipv4-iv-vie-fe-ost25#extra-ipv4-iv-nue-fe-ost25
Daily offers are VPS, x86 and ARM
It still doesn’t mean that Netcup has received the money in their bank account.
Within the same country, it can be almost immediate, but it often takes several hours.
International transfers pass through several intermediary banks and can take several days.
And on top of that, it’s a holiday in Germany.
All netcup deals I've have seen so far have been recurring.
They did apply minor inflation correction to products I've had for more than a year, but that applies to all products.
shit. domain-deals are already over?
It will com again on the last day
really? that would be nice. 0,13€/month for .de is unbeatable.
VPS 3000

An actual cup now
EU shipping only but
€17.43 for a shitty mug? No thanks.
For sure it’s a crappy deal. Amused me to see it there at all.
Better get the Racknerd mug for $10 ;-)
I have a RS1000 but I am feeling this week, it's performance is going down. Going to leave it if performance stays like this
Anyone else facing the same?
I bought a netcup mug a few years ago (when it was cheaper) and it's a nice mug!
But I agree that it's not cheap now!
Usual netcup behavior. If you got provisioned on an empty node you can experience performance reduction as the disk, network are shared and the CPUs semi-dedicated so no absolutely dedicated physical cores and you can experience steal. However it is unbeatable with these.
Not for me. RS2000 in Vienna, performance pretty stable since the beginning (December 2024, Advent Calendar deal). GB6 Score between 8700 and 9500+.
YABS with GB6 test only:
## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ##
Nothing more
Similar experience here. I don't have a root server, but my VPS had zero steal when I got it, now I see 40% cpu steal constantly, which is worse than Contabo.
Mine too is in Vienna (RS1000).
GB6 around 1400. It was 1800+ earlier
The CPU steal average seems pretty high now, right?
I have five virtual servers in Nuremberg, and I haven't noticed any issues with performance drops or steal.
The slow VPS is an old EPYC Rome. I'm going to replace it with an RS tomorrow.
Be aware that the geo information for IPv6 in YABS is incorrect for some subnets. It shows Vienna, but the actual location is Nuremberg.
VPS piko G11s 12M - CPU unknown - 1C/1GB/30GB - GB6 369/311 (with 1GB swap)
VPS 1000 G11 SE NUE BW24 - EPYC Milan 4C/8GB/512GB - GB6 1740/5747
VPS 1000 G11 iv SE NUE MAR25 - EPYC Rome 4C/8GB/512GB - GB6 1085/3490
RS 1000 G11 iv SE NUE BW24 - EPYC 9634 4C/8GB/512GB - GB6 2007/6519
RS 1000 G11 iv SE FE OST25 - EPYC 9634 4C/8GB/512GB - GB 1863/5945
That’s one ugly ass cup ngl
€16.86 for this cup... epyc. if it were at least from a renowned german porcelain manufacturer. but i bet this cup is made in else / far east. worth 0.0001 eurocent.
