you will get the bill on a specified billing date just see the invoice section and you will know your billing date

Yes, but it may take a while

Remember, netcup is a contract-based provider, so once you've "signed" the contract, you've made a commitment to pay the invoice when it arrives

Yeah, whatever. Paid $2 extra and got my domain from Regery instead, and they have free Whois privacy too for that particular TLD.

What it was missing? Thought to buy a domain with them, but seems like they are a pita.

Or have the parameters of the promotion changed, so there aren't multiple offers active at once?

None of the ones I know works.

I think it's because Netcup has made changes to their website.

I have a half working script. I will post it here, if I find the time to make a full working solution as script or a simple website.

they have like good prices as it is for some specs like with 512gb nvme under 6 euros during promos so its good for people who need that, their root server spec wise is also good and they might give more cores + storage on some config

The 5EUR vouchers are affiliate (I think?) codes. I used one for my first month of a rootserver since it worked out to like 33% off. They're useful if you're getting a monthly contract and aren't yet sure if you want to use Netcup. They're pretty shit if you're agreeing to a year, obviously.
