I like the new entry-level plans just released. (Though the 20G and 25G seem overlapping.)
Edit: Apparently the BuyShared plans were briefly on NameCrane but quickly removed.

Are Add-On domains officially unlimited on all plans now?
1) I removed the 1G/5G/20G plans. They were supposed to be hidden but when I merged products it marked them back as visible.
2) Yes on the new plans. I'll make the legacy 20G's be unlimited addons when I move them up to the 25G plan. I don't want to enable it on the 1G/5G plans as we had a lot of issues with people using them for massive amazon affiliate redirects. We had 1G shared with 2000 - 3000 sub domains which made our httpd.conf's massive and litespeed take a year to restart.
We actually put the domain limit in place for that very reason.

If that is true, that company appears to have some 'history' which made the news. News of which I wouldn't want to be associated with the company, even as a customer.
Good for him if it’s true. He has put a lot of years into it, helped so many other providers and generally done a lot of good. I took a significant pay out for my own business just before the pandemic hit. Didn’t like the host that bought me out but I took their money as would every host and user here.
It really should have been announced (if true) though. Fair play for him if true, but less than ideal if it has happened with no announcement, especially with what's happened in the past.
If there is a lesson For Fran here it’s be careful what you say to who.
Who knows what his agreement says about making an announcement. Contracts trump what can be said and when. Assuming all this is true of course.
