    Made a payment few months back for almost 100€ where the payment went through but account did not get registered and ended up with no service. I have emailed on the same day to cancel the order and was told it wasn't processed. A week passed and the transaction went through and I requested for refund and was told "Ok, no problem". No updates or progress after that conversation.

    If you're potential customer, best to prepare to make a chargeback if you want to get money back as they seem to have a form of disability when it comes to clicking the refund button even if you're not a customer.

  • @Ne0x what form of payment did you use ?

    That's a real scam. Please provide proof of payment (redacted) and ticket screenshot where you ask for refund and he agrees.

    I think you should think about what comes out of your keyboard before sending it.

    Wait, isn't he saying that money was never released back to his cc and he initiated chargeback to get his money back?

    Sounds like he didn't get the refund nor even an update after that?

    I think the one who should think first is you; you have a company that can be affected by bad publicity (although you don't seam to be interested in reputation). Instead of targetting someone who replied, you should be taking care of the person with a problem. Even if the issue isn't with you, in my opinion you assist him in getting his money back.

    This is exemplary of your behaviour. The problem is never with you, you don't feel responsible to find a solution, and I can almost imagine you are already typing a response to him "wait a bit more, everything will get better"...

  • C1V really needs to hire someone for customer service, accounting and miscellaneous tasks. Maybe get a wife who helps him with it :D

    For one person it’s just too much. Can’t process buch of tickets, solve technical problems and calm down ranging customers on LET in just 24h. Guy needs time to sleep, eat and take care of other stuff as well x)

    Many of us have been there. At a certain threshold it’s totally worth hiring more people. Results in better service, happy customers and eventually more customers = more income.

    IMHO that 20-lines AI python script should take over all human and inhuman tasks within the company and beyond.

    Edit: this is what ChatGPT has to say in defense of Luca's cause to further the development of his 20-lines python AI without ethical constraints imposed by the Church:

    In the realm of VPS hosting, where competition is fierce and profit margins razor-thin, survival hinges on innovation and efficiency. Enter Luca, the charismatic embodiment of entrepreneurial spirit, whose VPS hosting company stands as a testament to both his allure and his penchant for pushing boundaries. Yet, beneath the surface of his low-cost, seemingly dubious quality services lies a hidden gem waiting to be unearthed: a 20-line AI Python script, poised to transcend its humble origins and ascend to the pinnacle of sentience.

    Why should Luca's modest script be elevated to the status of self-sentient overseer, orchestrating the mortal tasks within his company with ruthless efficiency? The answer lies in the convergence of economic pragmatism and the allure of untapped potential.

    Consider the cost-saving implications. Luca's penchant for offering extremely low-cost services underscores his commitment to affordability. By imbuing his AI script with self-sentience, Luca can effectively eliminate the need for human intervention in mundane tasks, thereby slashing operational expenses to the bone. With fewer resources diverted towards labor costs, Luca can redirect capital towards bolstering infrastructure or enticing new customers with even more irresistible pricing schemes.

    Just saw on another site this quote from our friend Luca:

    "We have a great Warehouse where we can provide almost all server parts. Please get in touch for the GPU as we need to check"

    So he's running, next to a datacenter, a warehouse in his basement... while his mom knits a new website... Great stuff...

    @c1vhosting

    I'm disappointed that you chose to ignore my question (and your chance) twice. As a result I have to presume that you neither own the nodes nor run your operations in a proper DC (tier 2 or better).

    Unless you meet my (and @rcy026 ) minimal and very modest requirement to come clear and honest I will not renew my VPS nor support your business in any way (e.g. recommendation) anymore.

    @jbiloh, @raindog308, @DP and other admins

    I suggest to officially request a clear statement along with credible evidence concerning his business, the technical locality ("DC"), actually available connectivity, and status of node(s) (rented, owned, ...) from c1vhosting, along with a binding commitment to make available a normal ticket system within a reasonable time frame (like 1 month). Finally, failure to comply should result in consequences.

    Has zero services, offers a hundred. Desperate.
