    These were activated in a different way that made it more difficult to process those any further, but I'll try to work on this sometime this week.

    No Tokyo Ryzen should be in pending from this sale but there's always a possibility something went wrong. It looks like the correct quantity got activated though.

    And I can assure you there's no conspiracy regarding your refund request. I don't know if you're saying you think by requesting refund it made us activate you sooner or that you wanted the refund instead or whatever else, but whatever you mean, it's definitely a coincidence.

    After the migration did you get a new IP address? Guessing not. I had same problem. Just got it resolved yesterday. Did you put in a ticket?

    Besides, whats a mere 12 days of no service - that's less than 50c value.

    Why would you pay for tickets? o.O
    First of all you don't need to go PRIORITY department at all.

    Secondly (according to VirMach) only few people in last two years paid that - if the problem is clearly in VirMach (mis-)configuration you are welcome to open priority ticket. If you have no idea what is wrong, you did not check anything, you are the type "I hAvE n0 idea what VNC is" then just don't touch that option :-)

    A. In this particular case a priority ticket was justified under "there is an immediate outage not described on the network status page". My VM had an outage due to something out of my control and the node was listed as fine on the outage page.

    B. It was doing something that annoyed me being offline.

    C. It was an $7.50 VPS so it was closer to a quarter.

    Says offline, clicking Boot does nothing.
    VNC offline too of course :D

    Seems like whole node is down.

    I am wondering when this experimental phase will be over and I will be able to put this box in production.
