does virmach have refunds to your friends?

Thank you for SJKVM10 migration. One server is ok now.
But the server 213.59.116.58 on SJCZ004 still can't login with ssh through VNC.
Another server 107.174.242.140 on SEAZ005 reinstall os successful but still can't login with ssh.
Could you check this ticket?

It's the same status it's been for about a week, we already sent it off, Japan just has holidays that ended I think on the 6th or 8th and UPS is backed up as a result and severely delayed the delivery. Last I checked it's getting there sometime this week.
Migrations yesterday were a complete mess, I don't really have time to dive into it. We're still clearing it up. I've only gotten like 2 hours of sleep in the last 2-3 days.
The migration without data is still a mess as well, as is everything else

Tokyo storage server actually just got delivered early today. Well not early, but they had it delayed to May 12th then May 9th now delivered.

I also wonder when will those stuck migration be fulilled, thanks! I'm also not in rush, but just curious, too. Hope you have a good day! And take a nap during those busy works.

Is anyone else having problems with the Cloudflare protection on their panel? My server won't prompt after migration - Cloudflare goes in an endless loop and subsequent rate-limiting after a while.
Surely they can come up with a better way to protect their panel or limit challenges to non-residential ips or fucking something? Jesus
