My dedi at Buffalo went down as well.
Seems I spoke to soon, hope this isn’t anything more serious than a failure with automations or something.
I would like to ask, when will it be processed if the paid migration is not successful?
WHAT IS GOING ON with Virmach?
My VPSes were up and down and up and down multiple times for the past few months, very unreliable. It was not like this before.
And tickets never got answered.
Very disappointed
my server are doing sit-ups...
Migrations
My last 3 unmigrated Buffalo ones, are now "node currently locked", and being migrated.
Locked? Sure.
Migrated? Doubt.
Lost? Probably :P
The great migration.
Yeah, my LA dedi is offline as well, colocrossing. I just got an email about an emergency disruption and went to check. I've been wondering what's going to happen with our dedis and this migration for a while now, it would be nice to know what's the plan going forward. (edit) aha, should've checked LES first.
Do you have leisure to check this node(LAXA024)?The upload speed of this node becomes abnormal.
I tried to fix the network and it doesn't get better.
My LA dedi is alse offline...
@VirMach
A few days have passed since you mentioned to solve the problem... But it is still offline
It's been five months and my vps has not been activated,my invoice 1407589.
Where? Tokyo?
Is that a storage VM > then 250GB or a NVMe VM in Tokyo ?
Another week passed but the issue still not solved yet
Can you help me? I haven't been able to connect to my server for a few days
@VirMach @VirMach

Hi, on July 25th I paid a $3 ticket to migrate to Tokyo, but it doesn't seem to work for several days, so I want to get a refund(ticket #261712), thanks.@VirMach
@VirMach I have applied a paid migration to JP for more than 10 days, but my ticket status still is awaiting request; But today I learn some users have instant migration to JP after they pay the migration bills.My ticket should be at the front of the waiting queue, and if there is free resource, my migration should be met first, but the actual situation is not so, you deal the migration very casually, not following the billing order.I am very disappointed.
My paid migration Ticket #346943 and the Invoice #1462325, please finish my migration NOW, if you can not, please refund NOW, I do not want take my money back by Paypal dispute.

Please, answer my Ticket #538188
@VirMach
You do know people have been waiting for months right? There's probably a couple hundred in front of you.
Where did you learn this?
My VPS was fine, after migration, the network does not work anymore. so I reinstall the OS, and the node can't even boot now...
Welp, it's officially been a month of unplanned downtime. @VirMach I imagine if it was this easy you'd have done it already, but do you have a qcow2 disk image for my pre-migration VM? (or some other common format?) If I can at least get my data back I can call this a learning experience about backup frequency...
Be calm, you wait for resolving problem, few days or few week?
We have waited for 4 months.
It's pretty nuts to see people justifying and defending months of downtime based on the fact that we paid $x less than AWS or Azure.
Virmach promised to deliver a service. I'm sure at the time when sales were happening, he felt he could deliver and I don't doubt he's acting in good faith... but let's be real here, that's the bare minimum (a working service with little to no support) and that hasn't been the case for months now.
Surely a reasonable person would see the writing on the wall. You should have patience and understanding, and empathy for hosts when crises happen, but at some point there's a reasonable limit and we're well past that.
What have you waited four months for? You haven't been down for that long, right?
