My server was still working on June 20, but then it didn't work. It's been a week.
I post the support ticket, and no one replied. I just want to get the data back. no refund, but no one answered me.
My server also went off around midnight on the 20th - a day or two before more hardware was listed for sale
The server was in the 188.213.134.0/24 range.
Echoing the response others have seen my ticket has been ignored.
I posted the ticket before May 25th, It's been a month (today is June 27th) and no one replied my ticket! So you should also forget that you ever had a vps with Hostsolutions.ro !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you mean DMCA in particular, or copyright/takedown claims in general? DMCA is an American law so any company that operates entirely outside the USA (no servers in the USA, no employees in the USA) is technically "DMCA exempt", but most countries have their own laws regarded sharing copyrighted material.
If you're only downloading "Linux ISOs" with it then maybe Real Debrid or Premiumize along with a streaming app like Syncler or Weyd would be a better fit?

I never noticed that or had the impression that a test VPS was somehow special. If I ever had reasons to have suspicion in that directions I would immediately turn around. Wrt @cociu the benchmark results seemed absolutely realistic and matched those of actually purchased systems purchased by a friend where available.

Test nodes were very common years ago, maybe still are. Basically you'd get balls to the wall hardware that no normal customer did. Hosts running 4x SSD RAID0's just to "win" the IO benchmarks, things like that.
Sometimes they would use a top top model CPU (the E3 1270v1/v2 at the time i'm speaking of), where as the rest of their nodes were at 1230v1 or even just E5's.
The range 188.213.134.0/24 is still announced from his AS so he hasn't sold it yet.
Anyone in that range, test out his looking glass (if he has one?) and see if you can ping yourself.
