Just as a side note, load average isn't the same as CPU usage percent. Load average is the number of processes that are currently running or waiting to run (ie. not idle), measured every five seconds then averaged over some period of time. There's some correlation (eg. a load average of 1.0 means one process is running basically all the time, and thus probably also using all the CPU), but not always... Notably, you can have a high load average but low CPU usage if you have a slow disk and a lot of processes are blocked on disk IO (as they're in the "waiting to run" category).
To measure/monitor CPU usage, I'd definitely recommend using Netdata. It collects stats once per second (not only system-wide CPU and RAM usage, but CPU and RAM usage per process) but uses very little CPU when doing so

Netdata is awesome, although it has a memory leakage problem. I have a cron to just restart it everyday.
Are you sure it's a memory leak and not just the in-memory database populating with data over time? By default it stores data in memory (in fact it used to only have an in memory database), but you can configure it to instead always write to disk and store very little in memory. They built it to store most data in memory to reduce the amount of disk IO.
Finally got one! Now it's pending and needs my patience.

Probably rejected because you ordered the same package multiple times. I tried to order the 4.50$ offer but never able to go to the success order page. After login into the billing panel, I found the order placed 2 times. The last one is pending & the previous one got rejected & the invoice got canceled.
Brother, how did you get two orders on that $4.50 server? I only had time for one order, but it was also rejected when the server caught fire.

If you have a resolving order ticket, then yes. Otherwise, the system won't work in regenerating it.
Same with me, hope we got the vps.
If a ticket auto-generated for it, you can reply there.
One of my rejected order was set back to pending and an invoice was re-generated. Not sure if it was done manually or just the system laggin though
Mine rejected one too! Now I have two 4.50$ VPS(1 unpaid). Sadly both are on the same location & probably gonna be in the same node
It writes to disk on my installations. There were quite a few open issues on GitHub. They might have fixed it in the newer versions though. I haven't updated recently.

Apparently ordered twice. Was happy to pay the second invoice and get 2 since it was a great deal, but right as I was about to pay the second invoice, it showed as cancelled.
@VirMach - is this something worth opening up a ticket to get the invoice reinstated, or is the deal just gone now?
