    Now the invoice has been changed to "cancelled" but charge on credit card has gone through (Confirmed by bank staff).

    • Purchase declined, no charge

    • Purchase succeeded, charge as per normal

    or - I have to sort out with the bank and tell them to process a refund?

    Just checking on the Flash Sales Purchase from VirMach, is it normal for the service to stay as "Pending" after payment?

    If yes, normally how many hours does it take for the service to be activated??
    I made a purchase about 12 hours ago the payment was successful, Invoice is marked as Paid.

    Sometime the product is marked as "BF-SPECIAL-CREATE" and sometime it is "BF-SPECIAL-2020".
