I believe Virmach shall ignore this ticket as 384MB RAM does not support Windows Server 2012.
If you want to install Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, you can try to request uploading of Custom ISO. But I believe this flash deal is considered as KVM-Lite package which implies that no Custom ISO is allowed.
I don't think this server can run Windows. Too less RAM and disk.

Even if they fulfill your request, it wouldn’t be physically possible to complete a installation of a recent Windows OS. It’s got 384MB RAM and 10GB SSD, how is it supposed to run that?!?

Yeah, you can see that in the committed memory (400MB of 2.8GB used). If you give Windows a bit more RAM (~512MB), you can probably work on WordPad smoothly.
