Did anyone in the US get an KS 2g?
@trav no
@relip they will cancel you, sorry
My account was just validated by OVH, and my order hasn't been cancelled yet and was wondering should I pay for the order and see if they don't notice I'm not from the EU. :P Ordered before it was listed as "EU-Only"
@trav all orders for kimsufi servers are now manually checked, they will notice it, sorry
I figured, no sense in going through the extra trouble. Thanks.
did anyone here order multiple ks16gs and got them today? or do they deliver one per person initially
Can you please run dmidecode and tell us which motherboard is used?
@xset I ordered one KS-16G, I have yet to recieve it. Patiently waiting!
@rds100 Base Board Information
Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
Product Name: P8H77-M
@wrox when?
@xset wtf, this motherboard isn't supposed to be able to run a Xeon processor/
@rds100 You're wrong about this
I've already paid for my 2g but as others said, it will probably get canceled. Although if they checked my license, why wouldn't they have just canceled it when they saw I was from the US?

@rivacom when they check your id and verify account, they wont check your order, only when it is paid/processed as you can order other servers than kimsufi
Here we go, 16G Benchmark: http://serverbear.com/benchmark/2013/07/30/zVQo1JdSP2fLPvn2
That's what I thought too, seems like the logical thing to do.
@tr1cky Imagine you would pay 49Euro for this... at Hetzner one i7 is arround 8000 Benchmark and you pay 49Euros. So for 25Euros its a good deal but not for 50Euros.
Hetzner has a nice benchmark/setup
http://serverbear.com/2339-root-server-ex40ssd-hetzner
Only thing is 99 eur setup fee!!
@infinity580 who would pay 49eur for this
mini-sp is 49 eur but that includes support
But Hetzner's benchmark is a lot better with included support
Is the 16G available outside EU?
My 2G was cancelled this morning, since I am in the US. It sure was nice of them to charge my card first... now I have to wait up to a week to hope to see that money again. I was going to use it as a backup node, but I think I am better off without it. No point in having a 'backup node' that I wouldn't trust and have to take backups of anyway.
