    i have ordered, did not get an invoice, opened a ticket, did not get a reply, my server status is marked as fraud?

    what do i do?

    how do i pay, if you do not reply to my tickets even after 20hours?

    Try to get in contact with sales. I guess if your order/account is marked as fraud you cannot pay it until your account has cleared. Make sure not to use proxy/vpn when ordering and using your correct details.

    I'm not seeing any routes over Level3 yet and no real speed increase to Europe.
    My server is in the 216.126.x.x range. I guess I just have to be a little bit more patient ?

  • I got a /30 ip block. They were labelled Gateway, Server, Broadcast. Can't they be used as ips to be alloted to containers?

    There is only 1 usable ip in a /30 block.
    If you need more, ask them for a /29 block. This would give you 5 usable ip addresses.
