I can't believe how naive some of you guys are. it is obvious that he is done with it, if he cared at all he would have atleast given some updates about the current situation or better, fixed it by now. leaving your paying customers hanging like this isn't acceptable in any way no matter how sad your story might sounds, if the situation for Ian is on a level in where he cannot run the paid-for services then he would be better off making one last announcement where he states that it is over for now.
Just move on to your next deadpooling provider already.
