As my servers were not reachable, I searched and found that the company Hetzner has suspended the services (due to non-payment most likely).

The 45.158.9.1 is their Gateway IP. This is not reachable!

Yeah, it’s on the roadmap. Its quite expensive to just “have” we’d need to see significant enough traffic going to a peer that’s present there to make it worth it first.
