As for, why I ask like that, you can see, when you add the RYZEN special to cart today, the page do not show you have to wait. But in last month, it said you have to wait, especially for Tokyo.
i have another vps, the same service and system, the actual memory usage never exceeds 200mb

That's because a month ago it wasn't racked and ready and now it is, not sure how that's surprising to anyone. That's how a pre-order works. It's not like the pre-orders aren't being activated. There's a bunch of people waiting to get activated from today, it's set to manual activations. The "instant" ones are people buying it at regular price, same with all our plans all the time, this is nothing new either, it just got switched over to Ryzen recently.
So if you want instant activation, you can buy a 1GB plan for $50 per year, go ahead. And if you think that's unfair I don't know what to tell you, we can't pause all service activations just because pre-orders haven't all been activated yet for a special.
Everything's broken right now.
In fact most of the revenue of low-cost providers comes from India and China.

It doesn’t say you have to wait, but it says “All services are manually activated” and as I know, the manually activated procedure is placed in order.
Besides, I guess the rumors on hostloc that there’re early activation is just because the boss was trying to put all those people who were pushing here and there all the time on one node, actually I’m glad to hear that because I really don’t want to share a node with those people at all.
Again, shame on all the people that can’t or even bother to read the comments, and just kept believing in rumors and kept pushing!
