    This goes slowly, before going to 8TB club, you ramble in 12/10TB clubs... Maybe there's no club and you are alone.

    received an email four hours ago which said the server been installed, but there are no server in control panel, and the order status still show "In Progress"

    I didn't get the server yet, what a buggy system :s :s :s

    they replied my ticket about 3 hour ago, then no response again

    I notice the issue.
The problem was escalated to our specialists.
Sorry for this inconveniance.

    Don’t get deterred by the processor, I don’t think it’s practically that much better. You only need that big, fat double disk to be in 16TB Club.

    Ignore what it says in the portal. It always quotes the standard spec regardless of what’s delivered.
