    I think only the ones who get it delivered instantly get the 4TB disks. if it takes a while they have to find some old 2TB disks in the basements to put seperately it together.

    received an email four hours ago which said the server been installed, but there are no server in control panel, and the order status still show "In Progress" :s

    My order status kept saying in progress after it was up and running. The KS LE I had bought earlier.

    it's not the browser issue, cleared the cache and cookies, still can't see this new server, there are only my old server in the control panel

    did you received the server installed mail? and can see it in the control panel?

    My server didn't show up in the panel until after the 'invoice updated' email arrived (about an hour after the 'server installed' email for me).

    I can't see the server perhaps because the order still stuck at "In Progress", already 7 hours since I received the server installed email...
