    received an email four hours ago which said the server been installed, but there are no server in control panel, and the order status still show "In Progress"

    I didn't get the server yet, what a buggy system :s :s :s

    they replied my ticket about 3 hour ago, then no response again

    I notice the issue.
The problem was escalated to our specialists.

    What time EST did you get the email? And what country is the server?

    I ordered a SYS-1-SAT-32 server
    I'm not a 16Tb winner but I got a D1521 CPU instead of D1520
    Difference is quite high according to cpu-benchmarks.com : I got 6980 pts instead of 5755 pts.
    But it is located in GRA2, almost in the same bay of my KS-LE :(
