Can we get the looking glass for Oslo fixed? I created a ticket days ago and got the response that it was now fixed. It's not, and no answer since then.

Or at least just an IP if you can't get it fixed.

Any idea why some people are still not getting double resources after hosthatch support replied in the ticket that hoshatch doubled it? Thank you.

Do you mean someone replied to your ticket saying that your resources have been upgraded - and they haven't? If so, a solution would be to simply reply to the ticket.

I just tried to reinstall with template the disk size is double then I try to install from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS ISO but the disk size turnback to normal.
so I tried to reinstall the hosthatch template again.
Surprise! the disk size is lower than normal. OMG

He won't respond. I've been asking him in almost all the threads. At this point, I'm pretty sure it's not coming anytime soon.

I'm happy with my current VMs but I'll be looking elsewhere for my more complex projects.

Perhaps... The update back in May left me hopeful though:

I ordered two servers in Amsterdam and London and I received them a couple of hours later
I'm very happy of them except there is no IPv6
I hope this feature will be available soon

Request via ticket any they will allote you a /64 in said locations only Sydney has problem with ipv6
