Yes, I think we can do that, just note that the specs will be 1gb/10gb/1tb bandwidth - without the 2-year upgrades.

The 250gb storage isn't NVMe so no, it can't be added to the 8GB server with NVMe storage.

Typo, it's biennial on the order page
When you say "3 CPU cores 100% dedicated" do it means that 3 full threads are assigned to me, fully dedicated so I can use 100% of 3 full threads 24x7?
And what is "burstable to 300%"?
Most likely yes
It means that one core is assigned to you, that you can use up to 100%, or 33% of each of the 3 cores assigned to you - at any given time.
We consider 1 core = 100%, 2 cores = 200% and so on (similar to how you see CPU usage in Linux)
It means that you can use the rest of the 2 cores in a burstable (fair-usage) fashion.

Also 1tb storage with that much bandwidth (2 year bonus) in other location (except ams)should be welcome too in this year's blackfriday been a while since you posted storage offers other than ams or Chicago

You can add that by using nfs on internal network, it will not consume your quota I believe..
