Actually it was, on some nodes.
Despite having it set to false, it does not fully disable swapping.

I noticed that issue yesterday again on Tokyo, a low memory container was causing high I/O load, it wasn't I/O abuse the container just used the swap of the host node, which resulted in high I/O load. Its a HDD node.
SWAP has been now disabled on all nodes, the few that still had it enabled.
Finally reached the requirement, my token:

How to add domain ?
I was add main domain using ipv4 via cloudflare TXT mode but still can’t add
Smol service announcement.
I currently disabled new account creations from LET, since I observed more and more, that people get there thanks from pushing threads with non meaningful content.
There is a reason for this requirement and right now, its kinda useless.
No ETA when this will be enabled again, I have to update the Requirements for LET before I do that.

All new accounts need to be manually approved, you can register as usual however to get your Quota raised if you register via LET you have to drop me a PM.
I will check your account and if everything is legit, you get your Quota raised.
If you get thanked votes in Sales threads, they no longer count.
So instead of spamming, you would actually need to contribute content.
If you would be below 50 after subtracting these, you don't fulfill the Requirements.
The System can't tell, so hence the manual part.
Islamabad is now available, Native IPv6 however only a /70 and depending on version and distro, manual configuration might be required.

You can put your own DNS server behind NAT, can be useful with geoDNS and/or geocast.

No, Authoritative. You can run your own dns server with your own zones.
The only thing you need to do is tell the dns load balancer for what domain to accept DNS queries and forward them to your container.
Technically, currently is just PLAIN that is supported by default.
However, DoH, DoH3, DoQ, DNS over TLS and DNSCrypt is possible.
No one asked for it though.

No, the Packages are either Regional or Global, not every Node has its own Packages.
I could add a flag icon next too, that should help.
microSD is the same as micro but with less disk hence the SD for smol disk.
Smol disk because the Node has not a big allocation of storage.
The Package is used in Johannesburg and New Zealand.
Valdivia and Sandefjord has Global Packages and its own Packages, because the Node has more Storage available.

No, Post4VPS has been declared as dead, then it has been hacked too, so even the password reset has been disabled since that. He didn't even bother force resetting users passwords.
