As for installing Ubuntu, I resolved the issue by installing 22.04 and then upgrading to 24.04.

I still have 256 MB of available quota, but when I try to create a VM, I get an “exceeded quota” error.

The container cost increases if you already have an existing container deployed on the same node, except its a bigger node with more capacity, then the second one is without cost increase, the third though costs more regardless.

I'd like to create a VM in Valdivia or Mumbai, and I don't have anything on those nodes yet.
