Existing VM's should be running again on Chile, however it seems that we got network issues since the LXD upgrade, which was suggested by the dev's.
I will fix this in the next days, then Chile should be available again fully.

Same issue, LXD 4.0.9 starts randomly breaking stuff as it seems.
I am still working on solving the network issues on Chile before I upgrade other Nodes, however due to my covid and mostly laying in bed, expect some delays.

Fixed, Norway and Groningen have been updated.
However, due to another breaking change, avoid reinstalls or new deployment for now (Containers are not affected at all).
Reason for this is, the lxd agent takes longer to start, which we need to install packages such as ssh after deployment. Despite the VM is already fully booted.
I will apply a fix later today.
Update.
Most templates work fine, except Debian 11, which currently gets stuck on reinstalls/deployments, use Debian 10 instead and upgrade if you want.
These where 3 different issues in total.
The starting issue has been fixed by patching lxd.
The Debian 11 templates should work fine again, I patched microLXC to dynamically wait for the agent to be up and running, which for some reason took longer on Debian 11 since updating the lxd version.
Chile, was as mentioned also affected by the first issue but also randomly sometimes, deployments get stuck before the os can boot.
I don't know yet what is cause this but I have a suspicion.
This does affect at least 2 if not all os templates on Chile, this likely takes a bit to solve.
However, if you want a Chile virtual machine, I put the location back into stock, besides that issue, the Location is fine.
I not able to terminate an instance, it would just stop the VM and say "network is busy". Just me or part of any known issue?
I updated the LXD version on this node, try again.

Singapore is out of stock since Nexusbyte has fallen, still online however for old instances.
HongKong really never was available, IPv6 sadly is still broken, likely drop it soon.
Its a pity since it has been pretty solid.
Technically we have 3 Locations but 1 is only available.
The requirements are basically: KVM, Nested Virt, Routed IPv6 Subnet.
I could ask StarryDNS for an upgrade, but it would be still running on HDD's and no Nested Virt, so Containers only which I am trying to get away from.

Fixed, the output was displaying the current month instead of the actual minute.
Internally however we use unix timestamps, so just a display issue.
