Check the actual disk usage, Ubuntu isn't using 95% of the allocated disk, more like 10-20%.

The reporting on KVM is buggy.

Its KVM if you kill the lxd-agent, it can't report the memory usage anymore.

That's on a fresh install of Debian Bullseye in Chile, I guess it's the same lxd startup mess as before ^^ No big deal though.

  • First of all, thank you for the amazing work. Now, @Neoon I have two issues:

    1. Could you please double my quota?
    2. I can deploy instances to Chile (I really need that location) but I can't connect to them no matter which OS image I pick. I deployed to South Africa and it worked just fine. Could you please look into it?

    Thank you again.

No, if you have any sorts of issues, you have to be more detailed on it.
Just I can't connect doesn't help me at all or gives me an idea where the issue might be.

If you have more detailed information or/and you tried to basic troubleshooting to figure out where the issue might be, I am happy to help.

The VM does not have any IP's assigned.
Did you touch the network settings?

Neither is the lxd-agent running or got disabled, so I can't check what exactly is broken, however the VM is running just without any network connectivity.

    Hi,

No i didnt touch anything tbh.
i try a reinstall and see if it fixes it.

    Edit:

No also a reinstall doesn't fix it. lemme try a different OS Version

    Edit2:

Debian Buster instead off Bullseye did the trick.
maybe one of the updates in bullseye breaks the lxd-agent ?

The Images are updated daily, they should be compatible with the current lxd version.
If the lxd-agent is out of date, it will be updated on boot/restart.

While upgrading the lxd version, the host was rebooted, which should prevented this, that any VM is running an older version that might break the communication.

Please don't run Docker on 256MB, you end up getting suspended.
    For CPU and I/O abuse.

Due to current circumstances, new deployments in SG have been suspended until further notice.

I will try to get a replacement going for the Locations sponsored by NexusBytes in the next days.

Reminder, SG (Nexusbytes) has been set out of stock since months, however we still got a bunch of containers running.
This Location could go offline this week, according to sources.
