    Also forgot to mention... Earlier in this thread multiple times, he urged customers / people he claims aren't his customers to request a chargeback if they were happy.

    So if he's asking people to chargeback, and then reporting them as fraud when they do so, knowing that it might cause them issues elsewhere, he definitely doesn't deserve his tag back.

    Once the full story unfolds... I doubt he'll ever sell anything again... Let's see who's gonna answer my SAR request.

    Irrespective of how all this is resolved, please make sure they do not sell here. They have made enough threats and LET does not need such a provider.

    Why is our status still suspended and what's required for it to be unsuspended? You sent a request this am and we responded with whatever was requested. What more is required?

    No again. You see, what you call "support" in my eyes simply is not joining a witch hunt. And love? How on earth could I love a person I hardly know, not even had a phone conversation?
    I do appreciate though that (a) he saved our VPS, and (b) did provide support even during Christmas.

    Yeah, Eric had personal access to the data on the 23rd as he was talking about it, and Lewis said it was sold to Benthost. And also that they would take care of us (hahaha).

    I still find the naming of Benthost suspicious. There's basically no evidence for them existing in the VPS space when looking at official company records, and the archive website looked totally different until a couple of days before they acquired Veloxmedia. I wouldn't be surprised if this was all part of some larger scam.

    Don't forget about shield management.... Follow the trail...

    Asking a provider to respect the law is both reasonable, and telling them what the law is is factual. You can call it a witch hunt if you like, but all we're asking for is for him to comply with the law.
