What's your question? We weren't aware of veloxmedia until 12/21 so that's the earliest possible date for anything. 12/24 was likely when we got access or started selling services.
So here's what I'm thinking. Since no one seems happy and our status is suspended here for no reason and people want their data deleted.
Why don't we suspend all our LET deal clients until we get this all figured out and everyone is happy and our status here isn't suspended? This seems to be fair. If anyone has issues they can just chargeback.
Re myself no need, I already was and still am happy with my @VeloxMedia VPS as well as with your support.
Why don't you delete all clients who did not pay you and don't have any contract with you? This would be the correct approach, because such data never belonged to you. Don't delete all the customers, just the ones who did not pay YOU! This way you may keep your business with your own customers, and we can go deal with Lewis.
There is a reason for it, if you dont want to see it, you're legally blind.
I refused to have my data deleted, until is an evidence.
You should know what to do, if you think it is better for you, but think about consequences regarding that.
We'll reach out to the others and ask them if they want their service with us or not.
Or that. Send a mass notification to all customers, presenting yourself, your intentions and your plans for services and business, and then go from there as each customer decides.
Lol you refuse....
So the mail everyone was telling you to send for the last 50 pages?
Guess by page 200 he might grasp PII and why he shouldn't have it.
But obviously LET isn't happy so this will make them happy and we have their plans separate already in the system so nice and easy.
Just the ones that aren't from LET.
Oh sweet we circled back around to "shut up or ill delete everything".
Didn't see that coming at all!
Obvious reasons, if you work like GDPR process needs to be and im sure i will ask to delete later.
Transparency, openness and respect - these things make LET happy (and very cheap services too).
If you suspend or delete all LET servers that's a win in my book as it will shut up your only fan here
So there is a data breach, reportable within 72 hours. There is gdpr compliance issues. Eric bought velox for the infrastructure …hmm.
You just stated that you received ownership of Veloxmedia on 21 December 2025, along with the WHMCS database. I'm not sure about that, but you were definitely bragging about it on the 23rd. 16 days have already passed since then. You haven't got long left to obtain consent from everyone before you've exceed the maximum permissible time before which you MUST have deleted any PII data you don't have consent to hold. You might want to ask Andy from Legal to put a rush on writing this e-mail.
And look at all we've accomplished in 16 days. We have 14 days to delete the data it seems. Have you backed up your system and everything?
A week on Tuesday so not 14 days
Which lewisandreweric do you guys prefer?
The "show me where it says that" or the "I will delete your servers" one?
It's from whatever date he received the PII on. Only he and Lewis will know for sure, but it was definitely on or before the 23rd.
Now he's boasting it's all part of a two company "eight figure" operation in order to win a different part of his argument. If true, his legal "council" [sic] better bone up on the subtleties of the doctrine of "piercing the corporate veil."
That's today's homework assignment for our LowEndLawyer class.
We may be Low End but we're not Low Class.
He specified 21st soa week on Tuesday
He also said he wasn't sure, and I knew if I took him at face value, he'd later argue I'd said the wrong date. The only thing I know for sure was it was 23rd or earlier.
Anyway, he's going to send his e-mail, so I guess we're all good.
I love how he has the transaction I’d to identify chargebacks. So he is in full control of all data, not so legally
Sure.
We operate tons of companies. And again zero liability for Lewis's agreements as we keep stating
What isn't legal? Please cite this. Again everyone keeps saying 30 days and it's been at most 16, so what part isn't legal?
Also transactionID isn't PII
Shouldn't you be writing mails and/or deleting servers?
Of course it is. It can be used to identify an individual.
You even proved that yourself by using it to identify which account in your illegally obtained data it corresponds to.
