How can you have access to transactions of anyone that isn’t a customer and that you have taken over their data
So all good??? Everyone happy now?? Any other issues here?
We delete all LET customers data and send an email to all other customers letting them know our info
Calling you out on this, tons of companies !!
We have 2 weeks that takes 10 minutes. We already have the email done so it's just a button to send.
Then why delay? Surely a successful business man like you has better things to do than argue around here. Right?
Deleting without any concent and not even warning? Good job.
As i told, i dont want my data deleted until you make things the good way.
Sorry @Saragoldfarb since you are his only customer...
No it's not. The PII is with stripe and PayPal , the transactionID just tells them what info they have. It's not PII. Contact stripe and PayPal about them having your pii as it's all with them
Even you need to let them know there will be a period for a response. If there isn't one, then yes, it can be deleted.
Not really. In Vegas for CES this week which ends today. Lots of free time.
Actually, right now he says that we are customers, incredible!
Your legal team might want to take longer than 10 minutes drafting this, as it's clear they've got no experience in this domain at all.
Then this may come as a surprise. He holds my company data. We have real lawyers on retainer.
Then how were you able to use it to look up the accounts that it doesn't personally identify?
But anyway, I'm not going to argue with you. You can just google this one.
Service is up and running, no complaints there I must admit.
Am I happy? Not by far because they still owe me money.
So you now threatened an active client of yours?
@angstrom @DP
I see the GDPR ignorance continues. @jsg are you getting a cut?
He underestimated the people he's dealing with. Since he's now threatening me... Let's play and see who's got the deepest pockets...
I don't take threads lightly.
Also, there is one thing that im wondering from the beginning, if VeloxMedia have been bought by BentHost, actually where is BentHost in this entire story? VeloxMedia should be BentHost right now? No? Am i wrong?
We drafted it like a week ago. It takes 10 minutes to send and write a batch to delete the LET accounts.
They are Benthost. That's just another one of their registered companies.
I feel it's too contradictory to continue with the same brand that is ultimately completely tarnished. And one of the main reasons that Lewis have sold it. If we can tell that it was sold.
Yeah, Eric had personal access to the data on the 23rd as he was talking about it, and Lewis said it was sold to Benthost. And also that they would take care of us (hahaha).
I still find the naming of Benthost suspicious. There's basically no evidence for them existing in the VPS space when looking at official company records, and the archive website looked totally different until a couple of days before they acquired Veloxmedia. I wouldn't be surprised if this was all part of some larger scam.
It's clear that he doesn't care about the brand. Including LET.
I don't gamble. That's why I am in good standing with my clients.
@VeloxMedia said:
I am YOUR customer. You stated so yourself.
Didn't you just show us your account is only $4/yr. I'd love to see you lose thousands trying to fight a $4 deal. Shall I delete and you try it?
Lol
@angstrom @DP
He's holding my money. Obtained my PII illegally.... What's your take on this?
Always remember if you have any consequences doing that. Last advice.
No you tried to be but we cancelled your order, remember.
