Please stop mixing refund with chargeback. It's not the same... especially for brand new MJJs.
Refund - given by VPS provider, out of theirs good will/ according to TOS.
Chargeback - given by payment provider, against/without VPS provider help.
@repuc do you have any updates here? I haven't been following any of the drama on the forums, but my server is down as is repuc.com so I can't even put in a support ticket. I paid for a year of service and didn't even get a week of it. Going to chargeback if I don't hear from you soon.
