Contact details for what exactly, you head to your card issuer and raise a chargeback request sometimes written as transaction dispute. Your bank or financial institution will be doing that for you.
I got my Mastercard from my bank, I reported it via my bank app, after which I received a message that my chargeback has been accepted and that they will do the necessary.
Only lucky ones has credit cards. Majority has debit cards where chargeback does not exist.
And there are a few used crypto. I'm sure there is no way they're getting refund
