So what did the network status page say about your server during this time? They're likely expecting you to follow progress there. I did for my Seattle VPS that went down the other week and could see progress updates. No tickets needed.
Also, they're behind on tickets, they don't have time to reply back to tell you what happened.
Tickets of low end help desk are piling up.

Not much of a choice as I was not getting anywhere with VirMach. As of now all my VPS services are under idle until cancellation upon renewal.

Maybe make all virmach sales threads invisible to everyone until they respond here? So that someone looking for cheap servers but without the patience to read 300+ pages won’t get scammed.
But Then he cannot respond and reply (when threads will be hidden)
Maybe one day he will be back and explain all
(also where the paid dedicated servers were lost
bcs customer portal support does not bother explain it and reply on tickets already several weeks)
Imo If target would be best possible effort "defend/protect" newbie members / potential customers (without experiences and lazy to read all or use of buton search) before useless disappointments and potential money losses, maybe best warning would be banner/note/warning top in each thread with something "be aware before purchase, many complains and issues with this provider here reported are. So We strongly recommend you first check discussion before buy". (also certain boundaries would have to be set when the provider qualifies and deserves to receive such a warning)
But back to the Earth - who will bother here with like something (to do such something).. imo LET is good repository and place for share hosting niche related info, experiences and help between ppl, recommendation or to get some nice discounted offers too (last mentioned significantly nowadays less than before), but not very customer care and protection center. And at the same time, main credit has still such purchaser on his potential mistake/bad decision, when so many experiences and reviews are here shared and he was lazy check a few of them before his decision and purchase

But since he is no longer able to explain such a sea of failure and dissatisfaction, he prefers not to react more here and ignore all (incl Jon's attempts speak with him), rather play dead bug and spend time with writing only on LES (where probably is more loved, bcs number of damaged/unsatisfied and complaining users there is several time lower than here)

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Host itself was up, my VPS was up, I could ping a few other VPSes, but couldn't reach the gateway and thus my VPS but couldn't be reached.
Yes, I understand that. But response for a customer with a VPS that is unusable is just slow. On the other hand, I've been compensated - that was pretty quick and smooth. I'm not too negative about VirMach, they're OK until you run into problems. Then the waiting game and frustration game begins. And when it's solved, they're OK again.... Never use Virmach for "mission critical" stuff, then you're OK.
Fucking virmarch, deliberately did not fix the Two Factor Assistance email system, so I lost a vps,I repeatedly provide proof of purchase and registration information, let me wait for the review, half a year has passed without any reply,
For those who want to buy virmarch, be prepared to have no support services whatsoever
Server dead again (FFME006). Few days uptime then unavoidable downtime.. And this repeats and repeats again. IP was changed twice already, wastes my time and nothing else.
I think that's it -- I'm out.
Lesson for me - to never buy yearly plans for any host ever again.
Agreed take the loss and move on, not worth the time in pestering back and forth asking. In my case, its been over 10 weeks with no replacement dedicated server paid for till Dec. 10th.
Just consider any money you have tied up with Virmach as charity.
I would say he needs it for all those unsustainable deals.
Your just chasing disappointment if you think otherwise.

Hey @VirMach, it’s been FOUR MONTHS since this issue occurred. After you upgrade your hardware, my IP changed and since then, I can access my VPS via VNC from day one. but I can’t ping/SHH to my server.
FOUR MONTHS, without any meaningful support from your side. And now you told me to find/fix it by myself? What kind of rubbish customer service is it?

All good things come to an end sometime.
It's a pity, the provider was good and so degraded.
An advantage is that customers will stop using virmache servers and so there will be less complaints.

Used to manage a hundred of @VirMach VMs but now only 5 left, my own special but for nothing. customers quit vms, end my contract too. WTH!
