This thread is more and more awesome everyday. Who expected that?
idk why it's not closed yet, it's just retards posting at this point, the deal is over lmao.
Whenever you have nothing to watch on Netflix, just check this thread for entertainment.
Upgraded to 16 GB
, just couldn't wait 'till next year !
OK, guys, let me tell you about my experience with HostHatch.
I ordered their 3TB Black Friday deal.
They provisioned it yesterday.
So far it's been working without an issue.
So, that's my experience. Sorry about the lack of drama.
How many tickets did you need to open to have it provisioned and how often did you mention your order id in this thread?
Anyone who got their NVMe machine provisioned yet? I've only seen storage boxes so far..
And to safeguard myself from all drama here, I'm NOT complaining about anything. Just curious.
If there were, you'd see benchmarks posted here instead of ticket and order numbers.
I faked them out by not mentioning the ticket # once here.
They probably saw the only ticket that hadn't been drama-escalated and wondered what was going on.
Total psyche-out.
True. Mhm so I assume HostHatch do have LOADS of machines to provision in the next 48 hours... Damn I wonder how their strategy with "provision smaller batches and carefully monitor for abuse" will work out
I'm sure they have everything under control. Better leave them to it. I'll go back to patiently waiting
My 8GB box was provisioned like 3 days ago.
This is the reason I'm waiting to use my box.
Tickets ID587646
The invoice corresponding to the ticket has been closed, I can't pay it, so I recharged the balance, can you check it for me?
It's been dealt with. Thank you.
Will you be provisioning over the weekend at all? just wondering (I knows it's 7 working days) but just wondering if you guys may be doing some overtime?
I did not upgrade my old VPSes from Hosthatch
(although I thought about it).
I didn't take the previous customer discount of 10%
(because It was already such a great deal)
I am hoping that my VPSes are not provisioned too fast.
(because I have lots of other work to do.)
I have not listed a ticket number in this thread.
(because I don't understand why you would)
@Falzo Is there something wrong with me?
What’s your ticket number of this question?
I kinda feel bad that I upgraded last year BF offer, the latest offer was too good
looking at this thread, pretty sure soon there will be a shit tons of people get their service terminated.
that being said, @hosthatch would you release the promotions slot of those orders are being cancelled/terminated?
Hey brother! you probably need to go and read the racknerd thread three times in full to get your brain melted ... washed ... straightened and then immediately come back here and correct all your mistakes ;-)
The first of the many to come

@FrankZ you forgot to mention about paypal dispute. Looks like those are also getting filed by the trigger happy and the impatient
LOL
PayPal depute whats that? Can I do dipute with PayPal even if I paid with credit card in my hosthatch account?
That will probably take until next BF. I am so screwed
Some people here are showing their high standards by not posting ticket number or talking about study of human behavior etc. I purchased two VPS from Virmach, two from hostsolutions, two from georgedatacenter, two from racknerd and only one from hosthatch in last 7 days. I have not posted any ticket number in any other provider thread and why only I have been forced here. Before blaming on customer, first check how @hosthatch is working.
I hope I’m not put on the same node as these potentially noisy neighbors.
No one is forcing you to buy anything. Please vote with your wallet if you do not agree with the rules set out.
Honestly - if a 5 star hotel gave people rooms for $1 per night, and said the only restriction is that you have to stand in line for 4 hours to check in, but the the room, and the service will be the same as full price afterwards - there would still be people complaining about 'feeling inhumane treatment' and how 'other hotels do not treat their guests this way' and how "I once went to the Ritz and the service was completely different!!"
You can't please everyone.
Good luck to you, some of those providers seem to have excellent past reputations.
I spent 5 days trying to tell the billing department that I have lost 3$. I originally had a balance of 14.5$. This year I added 55$ credits, and I spent 11$ and 30$, so my correct balance should be 14.5+ 55-11-30 = 28.5$ but my current balance is only 25.5$.But they insisted that it was caused by my ignorance of the billing system, and cancelled the refund for my flash sale order.
They should know all this better than me, but I have to spend so much time telling them what happened.
Start a gofundme
Thanks for analogy to hotel industry but if after customer agree with hotel offer and later on came to know that out of "room, and the service will be the same" only room is same but not service.
Yes.
To be fair, it can be quite hard to try the support before buying anything. Especially during stressful BF & flash deals.
Just had to point that out since he/she complained about:
So I will close posting further in this thread. As I have already created ticket for new VPS also within your time limit of offer. If you respect that then It will be great. Otherwise I will miss your room(VPS)
but love to not deal with your service(support). Enjoy
Sure, fair enough.
I did my my best to provide as much information in the first post.
Most people complaining here either chose to not read it, or they tried to twist the rules to suit them - and when it did not work out and they realize that they missed out on a great deal while trying to save $2, they become bitter and angry.
Note that there's a very very small percentage of people have these problems, probably less than 5%. We've had over a thousand people use these promotions without any problems at all.
Are there things we need to do better? Yes. No questions asked.
Do I owe anything to anyone who PM'd or emailed me asking for a discount/special treatment and did not get a response and got offended? No.
