    I had 1 hard drive failure. The first one that was delivered, the hard drive failed within a few days and it was replaced. No issues since.

    I think they don't sell new ones, they might sell again those that have been stopped by their owners, but it will go fast. And why would that be on black friday or cyber monday or at anytime they wish? (in both case they'll sell it..)

    It's true that it wouldn't make that much buzz if they only sell a few machines that are gone in a few minutes, might be better for them to sell it through oneprovider? Don't know about that...

    When you see such offers you can always check them with your provider. That would not be a forbiden action or something like that - that what will help you stop your guesswork and you will be able to make 100% sure.
