just wondering when online.net creates bill for next month like now for october and how much time do we have to pay it if selected card payment is failed ?

I see my invoice always at the first business day of the month.

But I pay via direct debit, so they'll simply charge my bank account afterwards which happens to be around a week later.

can't tell how they handle cards and what happens if a payment fails as I use to pay my invoices or at least have enough money in account for regular charges. ;-)

    alright thanks for this info
changed to paypal to be safe

If you want max. speed then you need to get one with 128 GB PM871 Samsung drive or 240 GB Kingston(?) drive. I got 128 GB Samsung in sd89000 in the past. The higher the number the bigger chance of getting a faster one.

The intel DC ssds will last longer according to lore.

30K IOPS is plenty to keep the 8 avoton cores saturated, I think.

    time echo "scale=5000; a(1)*4" | bc -l

  • Is DC3 better than DC2?

Nope, for me DC2 was always better.

I'm loving that this has kvm over ip (unlike the SC 2016 I just got rid of), I might try an OpenSUSE Leap install for this :).

  • DC2 overload for me

  • My Dedibox is located at DC2 and I´m pretty fine with it...

Mounting own ISO and booting it is a superb function ;)

WOW ;) So they exist - finally SATA3. Which drive model ? Can you test hdparm -t /dev/sda ?

  • Dedibox Limited 33816 gone again in DC3.

    hdparm -t /dev/sda

    /dev/sda:
