It is difficult to choose because I have some very good suppliers . This is my list:
RamNode
DrServer
Prometeus
I noted all of them not just because they have excellent servers, but also they go extra mile on support. I wish I had 4 votes, so I could mention InceptionHosting/LES too, and I voted for 3, but all 4 of them are equal for me.
Ramnode
DrServer
Prometeus
Dediserve (flexibility, support, locations and dedicated resources)
Online.net (20 EURO dedi and kidechire has had just one(1) network blip in 7 months)
Dacentec (dat support. Burning my bra)
Best promising/'new' provider : Time4vps (even though the parent corp is OLDDD)
New: Symmcom3 Votes: OVH, Linode, Scaleway

re: dedicated servers, why not? some of the offers here are for dedicated servers
re: cloud providers, why not? if price is cheaper than VPS. though i dont particularly understand votes for digital ocean and vultr and such (scaleway is different)
That's what I was concerned. Clearly big cloud providers have more staff and resource than VPS providers here that will surely provide better service than most of VPS providers. If cloud providers are allowed, I think the TOP 3 result would be surely Linode, DO and Vultr, maybe even AWS.
Vote for GoDaddy for all I care, just don't be surprised when a vote for something not popular around here lands on the bottom of the list
They've always been allowed, and RamNode has pretty consistently beaten all 3 so...
Linode, AWS: too expensive
Vultr: owner likes to make himself look like asshole
DO: too much free credit
Well it wasn't a rule that I can't vote so here goes.
Of course I DigitalOcean, with or without a paycheck, and thanks to everyone for your votes as well
Linode.
DigitalOcean, VPSBit, Online
Inception Hosting - I might be biased but the idea and execution of the LowEndSpirit plans combined with the stability and performance of the Xen packages this is the provider I have most server with.
Prometeus - one of the oldest plans I have, been stable and working "as expected" for a reasonable amount of money.
Securedragon - Not only for providing cheap, trustworthy servers. Also for the friendly support in my young days as a LEB writer when Chief wasn't around.
Linode
Digital Ocean
BuyVM
Ramnode not because its free, but Nick is generally a pleasure to work with.
Online.net Cheap and great dedicated resources.
Backupsy Old, but gold and still my no.1 storage provider. And we cannot forget about Oktay.
