Quarterly Top Provider Poll

Hi everyone!

It’s time to kick off our quarterly top provider poll! Please vote for who you believe are the best providers. Here are the rules:

1. You get three standard votes.
2. One vote is one provider, no “I give three votes to _____.”
3. You can use less than three votes.
4. You get one additional vote, outside of the other three, for “Best New Provider.” Vote for someone new that you think shows a lot of promise.
5. Votes will end at 11:59 PM US/Central on October 15. The results will be shown on November 1st.

Rules:

1. Account must have been created no later than August, 2015.
2. Account must have at least 5 posts.
3. Providers can vote, but cannot vote for themselves.

There will be randomly selected prize winners. We are waiting for final confirmation from @mpkossen before posting them. This post will be updated to reflect the prizes.

Prizes, in the form of a yearly billed VPS with first year free, will be given to randomly selected voters.

ImpactVPS is a fairly new provider, and I think they show a lot of promise because they're developing their own platform and I heard KVM was the next feature. HTML5 console doesn't come everyday for OpenVZ, you know.

On one hand I could've specified VPS/dedi but on the other hand I think self correcting problem. Don't think anything else would get enough votes to matter
