Dacentech #1. Great facility too if you find your self in Lenoir i'd say go check it out. Delimiter #2, Crissic #3-even after the buy out still pretty solid. No issues in years.

Ramnode - Just absolutely solid, used them for over a year and never found anything bad to say about them
Vultr - Custom ISOs and lots of locations with hourly billing. Good performance.
Online.net - Great prices and the support is still really good. Kidechire has been solid and unbeatable for the price.
Can I choose Time4VPS as a new provider? The parent company is old, but not sure about Time4VPS as I haven't seen them mentioned before this year. They have been really good so far and the prices are amazing.

DrServer RamNode Bandwagonhost
Hetzner, Dacentec, then online.net, if you can avoid their CS (ed: though I chalk online.net problems up due to incompetence, ignorance, or simply lack of caring, some other host that I won't mention has problem with attitude, it's been talked about on here before)
my main interest has always been dedicated servers
anyway, hetzner is dropping some lately, since those robot auction servers are going for about 20% more
the arubacloud place never responded to a message I sent their customer support. i guess it's been like 2 months now.
(ed2: oh, newcomer... (the new) GVH, obviously!1)
No particular order:
BuyVM
Hudsonvalleyhost
EthernetServers
