Holy Geez.. here is a guy complaining about the $10/yr KVM2..

    Some people!

    http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1380616

    C/P from WHT

I have ordered the special Offer KVM 2 on the website and I was not impressed with the operating systems they are offering also they are telling all clients you need to install the OS your self what is not like the KVM I have had in the past

and they don't provide the License if I wanted to use a windows based template what they have on the panel to offer to the clients, they are telling all clients to install vie VNC what is not really that good if you ask me for them they should be installing the software and setting it up for them

their panel is not that good for mobile or for user interface wise i have have a lot of issues with the resetting passwords on it also with the root password and they said they had a 1 click install for some free panels

I see what you're saying.. but doesn't look like Bluevm have any stock for sale anyways even on their regular priced vps.

Well, create buzz = more sales, but they don't have anything to sell?

@earl It's unbelievable what can some people expect for a 10$ vps per year! He want an almost managed service (!!!!!!), mobile-friendly feathur, maybe he wants a free giant pizza with delivery from the local domino pizza house and an authentic 60' asian massage in his house! Geez...

Well, they didnt do it, you cannot control when people post threads, but, in general, this puts bluevm on the map, people look and cannot believe the deal, if they see the company still there in a few months with another offer, even more expensive, will take it :P

Lol, ok. This is not shared hosting.

@Maounique But this is a clue of what some people are waiting when they buy a low end vps - especially a veeeery low priced one. Guys that post negative reviews because they expected the sky and all the stars paying just a buck...

Ah, Ok.. I thought you were implying something else.. never mind then.

  • No stock :( Hope they add soon.

It never ceases to amaze me what people complain about. I work very hard to help people and make our services easy to use and stable, but no matter how hard you try someone will be unhappy with something.

Ignore the crazies on expecting a managed service for $10/year. You're never going to win that battle and only get yourself down. Focus on the genuine comments people make about the service (slower response times, minor issues with feather, network quality etc). Those are battles you can win and come out better as a result.

    Depends on your OS.

ubuntu, also when i signed up over mobile i entered a unsecure root password but it seems like the kvm install disables root and forces to make a secondary sudo user should I worry about the root password?
