Ah, memories of Lackland AFB in the summer. I was in AF BMT the summer of 1983, then training after, wintered in Denver at the now closed Lowry AFB
But if they're already using PST/PDT, then you still have to google or just assume that you'll be an hour off half the year.
How about I just start documenting the times as "right past happy hour".
