This is what one of the owners answered me during their Halloween promo:

"Wir haben gestern im internen Meeting das Thema LowEndTalk besprochen und werden in Zukunft die Plattform aktiver nutzen."

"We discussed the topic of LowEndTalk at yesterday's internal meeting and will be using the platform more actively in future."

    Another thing:
I just found out they have a auto backup function for their kvm servers. Has this function been there since the beginning?

  • Nice. With their offers and the quality of service I have seen so far I am sure they'll become popular here.

Quality is pretty good. Im guessing they are a little frightened if they advertise on LET they cant keep it on this level.

Andreas from Bero Host matched the same 20% on the additional NVME storage! So now the additional 300GB will be just 5.60e/mo! Love it :D

The new specs of my server will be:

    • 8 EPYC cores
    • 24 GB of RAM
    • 720 GB of NVME storage
    • 25 TB traffic

for just 13.60e/mo. This is by far the best I have ever had so far with any provider!

    can you please yabs it?

  • lol https://i.imgur.com/dJ9Jtuc.png after paying with 20% off today it saying auto renew with 20% off next time, my 2 euro vps also went down to 1.6e now
    uptime, never seen better https://i.imgur.com/YSfGeWt.png

I have a lot of apps running already so it's no point to do it now. But check in the previous pages, I added one when the server was still empty.

    The server is pretty fast.

  • I have almost finished importing my whole photo library to my vps with Immich after increasing the storage. The server has had load of around 24 for a while now because it's uploading many photos/videos in bulk and doing a lot of transcoding of the videos plus the ML stuff to detect faces etc. CPU steal stably at zero and all my apps are still super responsive despite the high load. I love this server!

Including backups is really great at this price.
    And great performance
Even if I have no use without ipv4...

Wow just 10 bucks per year, amazing. And the GB6 score is pretty good

    Thanked by 1loay
  • Fuck, my ISP dont offer IPv6 with my configuration. I hope i can order an ipv4 with this deal

You can use it with cloudflare warp and gateway

  • Just cloudflare tunnel! It's very easy and works great

did you ask for a node move? i thought you had a noticable steal before a couple of weeks

How and how easy is it?
Any thing i should think about which wont work with warp and gateway?

How and what is the difference between your suggestion and the suggestion from @loay ?

  • @gbzret4d said: Any thing i should think about which wont work with warp and gateway?

Cloudflare warp will give your network ipv6 so you can make ssh connection to the server from your pc. You can also install it inside the vps to give it ipv4 access to the internet.

For website access through a domain, you can set cloudflare with ipv6 record only and it will be accessible from both ipv6 and ipv4 networks. You can also use cloudflare tunnel for this but pointing only an AAAA record is easier.

add domain to cloudflare and point AAAA to my server? Proxy/tunnel need to be enabled?

Only add the AAAA record and Cloudflare will proxy the traffic and you will be able to access it from ipv4 only devices.

  • One possible issue with cloudflare proxying is that you wont be able to use most ports for applications in case you need it

    And without a domain?

  • @loay How do you have IPv4 in that YABS? Is it another plan with ipv4 that has identical specs? Or you got ipv4 connectivity with some of the mentioned method?

Using cloudflare warp on the vps to get ipv4.

Doesn't it interfere with SSH access?

  • @Hakim said: Doesn't it interfere with SSH access?

You should only get ipv4 from warp and keep ipv6 of your server.

How and what is the difference between your suggestion and the suggestion from @loay ?

With the tunnel you install a package on your server that will keep a persistent connection between your server and Cloudflare, then you create published hostnames pointing to ports on the server. You can create many public hostnames for many servers that way.

I had problems with the control panel, not with cpu steal.

it was on the first day when you purchased the server?
