    This is my pet peave.
Non-usage/non-payment is NOT a proper form of cancellation.
Nothing pisses me off more than clients not properly cancelling service, and expecting us to be mind readers.
Then they are pissed off if we delete it and they try and pay later and it is not there any more.

Auto renew is set off as standard. You can set it to on. You, also get a reminder mail before the 30 days are off.

That is correct here also either you can auto renew it or either you can extend it manually from 7 days up to 365 days unlimited times.

  • Got mine, it was activated within a couple of minutes and I am now running a YABS.

  • How can I switch to another OS? Do I need to install it manually after inserting the ISO?

  • @vitobotta said: How can I switch to another OS? Do I need to install it manually after inserting the ISO?

You can either attach virtual cd roms or easier way is

Oh I'm blind, I didn't notice the edit button next to the OS. The control panel is a little of a pain to work with because it's slow and often errors our for me. But the YABS looks good! Posting it soon (still finishing GB6)

  • My YABS below. Looks pretty good for just 10 bucks a month!

As the installation is network based it should take a few mins but do not worry just because client area is down doesn't mean the server is so just patience

  • @Heaven you sure you haven't had problems with your server, just with the CP?

Well my server has been reinstalled a while ago and it's still down. At some point I managed to trigger the startup but I am unable to do anything with the control panel right now. Server is not responding to ping.

Make sure the os was reinstalled as if it is you do not have to manually turn it on its starting automatically. So go to KVM and check if installation is finished as you said the panel some times goes down and may need a bit to refresh statuses on going up again.

it said it had finished. I manged to see the CP now and it says that the server is online but it's not responding to ping.

  • I am afraid once again I fell like a stupid for a "too good to be true" offer. The YABS looked nice but I triggered a reinstall of the OS and since then I haven't been able to do absolutely anything. The server is not reachable, and the control panel is TOTALLY unusable for me. Either timeouts or 500 erros and I can't do anything, not even submit a ticket via the same shitty control panel.

  • @vitobotta you killed the provider. i now get a "Gateway time-out" - seems down for me.

  • @snow2k said: you killed the provider. i now get a "Gateway time-out" - seems down for me.

hahaha i really didn't see that one coming 🤣

  • @snow2k said:

yeah totally unusable for me. Last time I managed to load it I saw that the installation was at 46% still, after a very long time. I can't do anything with the CP now to try and fix so I am just hoping they will at least get back to me soon and try to help. If not, I will request a refund from PayPal. Shame because the offer was awesome.

  • I wonder why KVM needs swap...anyway

  • if the provider cannot take care of the availability of his site, how will he take care of the availability of your sites? wasted $10

wait for the ticket system to work and request a refund
