If possible, I'd like to keep the service until the end of the billing period, with a partial refund for the time when it was unusable..

For each long downtime (actually inaccessible, not just slow), I opened ticket asking for billing period extension.
It was granted in both occasions.

Guys, all my data got lost while his migration, over 2 Months of downtime at once!

After asking 5 times when my data will be restored he ignores me and now offers a refund.

We had a different reason, we had to fight with illegal activities such port scanning and DDoSes, not resource usage issues.

Hazi did it immediately after he got 11 clients making it a clear bait and switch scheme. Calin is allowing the servers to be up till the end of billing period apparently but the servers are unusable anyway.

I bought the NAT service at both providers.
Inbound UDP isn't working at Hazi, and bro refunded immediately when he confirmed with datacenter that it cannot be solved.
IPv6 (promised in the offer) isn't working at iHostART, and Calin refused to refund but gave a separate "tunnel VM" that stopped working last month.

Hello very sorry but no , the most cheap VPS right now it's 7$/month , it's a storage VPS with 4 TB HDD Raid6 , very sorry but recently we invest lot of money in new hardware and coming soon we migrate servers to colocation so no possible more cheap
