EPYC plans are now available in Frankfurt, DE: https://greencloudvps.com/billing/store/premium-kvm-sale
Please add some 4GB RAM plans in premium VPS sale - deals.
You can buy any EPYC 2GB plan triennially to get double RAM and bandwidth except the APAC locations.
Woah, awesome!
Any plans for something like EPYCDE-2.5 aka little more disk or can I trade that double bandwidth on triennially for 10GB NVMe ? ;-)
have you more EPYCTX-30 in stock ?
Yes it's possible. Drop me a PM with the order's ID, I will add 10GB extra NVMe for you instead of doubling bandwidth.
Might be restocked in 1-2 weeks.
@NDTN Will there be new storage deals that have more bandwidth than SJC ?
There will be no deals like that, especially when we had bandwidth doubling for SJC in the past.
Dropped you a PM.
I could have just drop a PM without posting here... but then I would not bump this topic and that would be a sin and more people would miss out those amazing deals! ;')
I was shocked too by how fast their support is. Really impressive
Awesome plans
EPYCDE-2.5, Triennial payment, Frankfurt, DE
wow. special deal i see. price? @JabJab
@hyperblast few posts above
It's this plan:
EPYCDE-2
RAM: 3072MB
SWAP: 1024MB
Hard drive: 35GB NVMe 4.0 RAID-10
CPU: 2 cores @ EPYC Milan
IPv4: 1
IPv6: /112
Bandwidth: 5TB
Port: 10Gbps
OS: Linux
Location: Frankfurt, DE
Control Panel: SolusVM
with Double RAM + Bandwidth for Triennial payments
(his RAM was doubled, but got 10GB extra NVMe instead of double BW with Triennial payments)
for $35 / year or $100 / 3 years
One feature I'm missing from Greencloud is a more elastic tradeoff between disk space and disk speed. Their plans offer fast NVMe but lack in necessary disk space. With ChicagoVPS I had an 80GB HDD with SSD cache for about a decade at a good price point.
Introducing our EPYC VDS plans with dedicated resources and more NVMe as you wish: https://greencloudvps.com/epyc-nvme-kvm-vds.php
I wish if the first plan comes with 2 Dedicated CPUs, But unfortunately 😥
Any clickbait for the EPYC VDS?
is a vds safe? i refer to the explanations here:
https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/184207/any-interest-in-virtual-metal-or-virtualized-dedicated-hardware#latest
anyway... yabs please for EPYCVDS-1
Maybe it's just me but I think there's a gap in the offering for your low-end budget series of VPS: the 25 $/yr budget plans don't offer an option to use larger but slower HDD storage somewhat in the range of 50 to 100 GB. More NVMe storage can be purchased as an add-on to a VPS, but that is unnecessarily high-performance and expensive. Just my 2 cents.
YABS for EPYCVDSSJC-1 if anyone is interested.

Not sure but it feels like it is a dedicated logical core than a physical core.

Have a good week everyone.
The VDS seems nice. Will the VDS plan be available in other locations?
@NDTN any chance of getting early access to SolusVM2 please :-)?
Hey, any timeline for a Toronto location? Also, if you already have some machines sitting idle, is there any chance I could grab a promo?
We have normal SATA plans with more storage, starting from $25/year with 500GB hard drive during our BF & CM Sale, that will be available soon once we settle some performance issues.
You have 1 physical core on that plan, if that a logical core, the performance would be a half of it.
Yes first 2 locations in US and E, then we will have VDS in APAC.
Not yet, we will start testing SolusVM2.0 once the major features and the update script from v1 to v2 are available.
Our Toronto location has been live for 4-5 years already, we will upgrade the network there to 10Gbps in the next few months then our Budget & Premium plans will be available.
when will vds be available in singapore?
What is the CPU model for VDS plans exactly?
Soon~~!
We are using EPYC Milan 7763, there might be different models in other locations, but still pretty the same frequency/performance.
Can I opt-out of the disaster called SolusVM 2.0?
I must be able to use several IPv6 addresses, through an NDP responder.
These features are working today, and I expect them to continue working.
If you upgrade SolusVM 2.0 and break these features, I'll have to cancel service.
