Yes, it is great. But delivery is bad, tried in the US. Spammy neighbours, and no one likes their IP ranges. Will go directly to spam folder. Maybe something changed though.

Hello, may be u tried Moscow-based servers, may be this location can have some restrictions (but I do not heard about it).
Our US/FR/NL servers works great and do not have any limits.
We use docker and github at our test servers, it works fine.
