It only has IPv4 and it is not NAT. If you mean keep the IP when you remove the VM to be available only to you later, no, that is not possible.
He probably just meant if you get allocated an IPv4 considering the price of less than a buck (to make smsure that’s it’s not NAT).

I've tried multiple e-mail addresses (major provider, company e-mail, obscure provider) but the activation message wouldn't arrive. When trying RU provider the e-mail arrived instantly. It seems like they have a whitelist for whatever reason.
Yes, the default credentials do not work. You have to reset the root password in the control panel. I think the server is too slow to complete the cloud provisioning script in a reasonable timeframe.
It's crazy how buggy the control panel is. SSH keys randomly appear and disappear, emergency VNC console doesn't work. stats don't work, SSH credentials don't work and so on... I think they hired the same Ukrainian outsourcing company as AlexHost, which has similar problems.

Try changing the servers' password from the control panel.
And we do answer emails.
