KS-LE-1 in Canada, network is pure garbage compared to existing Kimsufi boxes idling around. 30Mbps upload is even slower than my home internet.

Do you mind sharing what ssd you got ? I just bought SYS-LE-3 and my ssd speed is basically half yours
All three of my orders, 2x KS1 and 1x KS-LE-1 were processed, provisioned/setup and available within the hour of placing the order.
I also had a motherboard replaced, and ECC memory put in, literally immediately. I emailed, within the hour got a response, within 1.5 hours was upgraded to ECC.
KS-1 I thought were supposed to be 8GB RAM, but this time the 2x I got are only 4GB RAM. Oh well.
My billing information is USA based, so I can't really purchase any other country. Not sure how that works, but 14.99/mo Euro + VAT = 18.99 USD ~ish. Same price.
The new customers/new accounts who have never had service, can use ECOSETUP to get no setup fee discount, but other than that, 14.99E+VAT is about the same as $18.99 without TAX
So you can order from USA, but still get something in France or Canada. I have 2x KS1 in France, and 1x KS-LE-1 in Canada.
