    Hi OVH TEAM,

i have ordered a server that was in stock on Black Friday, and am still waiting for it to be provisioned. Is there anything that can be done, my ticket number is 6790019 and I am going around in circles. Would someone from OVH please assist, I purchased based on the good comments in this forum howwever the service I have received has been terrible

    appreciate some help

This happend to me too. I ordered a second SYS-LE-1 and few minutes later, it was marked as "Sold out" on their site. It got provisioned two weeks later with better spec than advertised. Not saying that's what would happen to you but I doubt they forgot about you. :)

They could still be verifying your account (if its a new one).

    What are your specs?

I think that it is very correct from OVH that they try to compensate the high delay with an extra small gift (e.g. gigabit networking and/or 960 GB instead of 800 GB SSDs on Kimsufi KS-LE-1).

I think you're having wrong expectations now. There's no such as gifts at OVH, it's pure luck as the usual process.

I got 2×1.92 TB NVMe (absolutely new samsung PM983) instead of 2×1.2 TB NVMe.
I wish they had also given me 1Gb up and down but no luck there.

You shouldn't raise his/her expectations. It is more likely he'll get the advertised hardware than not.
